Foo Fighters’ Concrete and Gold tour continued last night with a stop in Columbia, SC where they teamed up with a local fan for a cover of Queen’s “Under Pressure.”

While the song wasn’t on the setlist (the band has covered it a number of times in the past), Dave Grohl called up a fan with a sign that detailed the request to play drums with the band. And so was birthed the newest Foo Fighters legend, as fan Pierce, a student at nearby University of South Carolina, got the chance to take Taylor Hawkins’ seat and lead the Foos on the Queen classic. “Don’t shit the bed in your hometown,” Grohl warned before the song.

Considering the circumstances, Pierce did a great job with the song and seemed unintimidated by the environment. “Get the fuck off of my stage,” Grohl joked as Pierce got a little too comfortable jumping on the mic and taking photos. Who wouldn’t?
