Maybe Josh Tillman is getting started on a cover of Rihanna’s ANTI or something. Regardless if he is about to pull a Ryan Adams and cover a pop star, Tillman delivered a shockingly danceable rendition of Rihanna’s “Kiss It Better” from her latest effort last night during his show at the Observatory in Santa Ana, CA. 

Tillman responded to Ryan Adams’ cover of Taylor Swift’s 1989 with a version of his own in the vein of Lou Reed, who he said then came to him in a dream and told him to take down the cover. Thankfully from the magic of YouTube, the song is still available to hear.
