If you turned on your television early this morning in the Greater New York City Area, chances are you spotted Joe Russo and his pup splashing around at Prospect Park’s dog beach, which reopened ahead of schedule much to the delight of the drummer. 

Russo was interviewed on NY1 about the revamped dog beach, saying it is “greatly appreciated” that they were able to get the renovations done ahead of schedule, allowing the dogs of Brooklyn to beat the heat and get in the water.
