Can You Help Me Understand This New Kings of Leon Video?

Look, I’m all for weird concept videos that on the surface don’t make a ton of sense. But I am fully stumped when it comes to Kings of Leon’s new video for “Waste A Moment,” a surprisingly solid rock tune from their forthcoming record WALLS.
Not sure if it’s the murder plot that runs in and out of the video or the Pulp Fiction type dancing that occurs. All in all, this is like Tarantino on the weirdest acid trip of his life, and that’s saying something.
Please help me understand this.
