Bright Light Social Hour recorded this new song as a tribute to Texas State Senator Wendy Davis, who successfully filibustered SB5, a bill that would have imposed significant restrictions on the availability of abortion services in the state. The Austin-based band wrote the song following a late night protest at the Texas State Capitol, and the video was created using footage from their cell phones.
