Bob Weir and Phil Lesh continued their duo tour with two nights at Boston’s Wang Theatre this week, and the Grateful Dead bandmates welcomed musical partners Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams for the entire second set of each show, along with tour percussionist Wally Ingram.
