This week, Jason Isbell and his 400 Unit continue their seven-show residency at Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium, which will wrap up this weekend with two final shows on Friday and Saturday. Bill Kelly shared some photos from Tuesday’s performance, which featured an opening set from blues guitar phenom Christone “Kingfish” Ingram and an encore that included a show-closing debut cover of Bruce Springsteen and Patti Smith’s “Because the Night,” offered as a duet between Isbell and his bandmate/wife, Amanda Shires.
