Umphrey’s McGee’s summer tour rolled through White River State Park in Indianapolis on Friday night. The evening featured a night not marred by weather, a happening that has become somewhat routine at past Indy stops for Umphrey’s. With good weather ahead, the band charged through two sets of creative jamming and unique segues including takes on “2×2,” “Space Funk Booty,” a lengthy “Utopian Fir” and others. The second set spanned just five songs, including a 30-minute “Der Bluten Kat.” Keith Griner shared some photos from the show.
