On July 30 and 31, Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi brought together their Fireside LIVE band for two nights at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo.

The run kicked off in style with “I Walk on Guilded Splinters” and even included a few Derek and the Dominoes tunes, nodding to the band’s historic LOCKN’ 2019 performance with Trey Anastasio. Nels Cline of Wilco also joined the action, adding his guitar to the entire second set of night two.

For those paying attention to the lineup, the run also included the new addition of percussionist Isaac Eady, filling the slot left vacant in 2020 by J.J. Johnson.
