In retrospect, we’re not quite sure what to make of this. At first we thought it was moe. gesturing before a holiday tree of some sort. Then we suspected the group was touting its own medicinal marijuana dispensary. What we can confirm is that moe. appeared on the cover of the February 2001 Relix (and would return in August 2010)…
