Watch: The Black Keys Perform Trio of Tracks on ‘CBS Mornings’ Ahead of 20th Anniversary Tour

This morning, The Black Keys took to CBS Mornings’ “Saturday Sessions” to share three songs and reminisce with CBS’ Anthony Mason from day one in rock and the eclectic 20 years that followed.

The Black Keys–a duo comprised of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney–and their live band started their TV performance with two standout tracks from their latest effort, Dropout Boogie: “Wild Child” and “It Ain’t Over.” For the third and final track shared with the morning show, The Black Keys reached way back to their seminal and career-defining 2012 hit song “Gold on the Ceiling.”

Along the performances, the Black Key’s segment also included the sit-down with Mason, which marked the reunion of the three men for the first time in a decade – the two had last spoken with him in 2012 after they were honored by being added to their Akron, Ohio highschool’s Hall of Fame. During the conversation, The Black Keys and Mason spoke about their lives and careers in the last decade, their upcoming first-ever amphitheater tour in support of Dropout Boogie and their covers LP Delta Kream.

The Black Keys will kick off their Dropout Boogie tour tonight at the Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
