Watch: Sierra Hull and Lindsay Lou Share “A Lil’ Taste” Ahead of Fall Tour
Sierra Hull and Lindsay Lou took to Instagram to share a clip, teasing what they’ll be sharing with fans on Hull’s upcoming fall tour. The Grammy-nominated mandolinist and her band are set to play 18 shows in September and October. She’ll enjoy support from her friend Lou at the Admore Music Hall in Ardmore, Pa., the Mercury Lounge in New York City in September, along with three dates in October. Hull will also be joined during her travels by Taylor Rae and The Infamous Stringdusters.
In the tender clip, Hull expressed her excitement, saying she “can’t wait” and offering “a little taste” before she and Lou harmonized on vocals and showcased their virtuosic playing on mandolin and guitar, respectively.
The news of Hull’s tour comes off appearances at Under The Big Sky, the Cayamo Cruise, DelFest and Sacred Rose Festival. Her fall tour will kick off at the Bourbon & Beyond Music Festival in Louisville, Ky., on Sept. 18 and continue through Oct. 15 where she’ll tie things up with a set at Rebels and Renegades Music Festival in Seaside, Calif.
Following the tour, Hull will keep the ball rolling as a special guest on tours with Cory Wongs and Béla Fleck’s My Bluegrass Heart to close out the year.
