The sophomore album from Sons of Fathers is set for release on Tuesday. Burning Days pairs the group with producer Lloyd Maines (Joe Ely, Uncle Tupelo). Maines described the group as “The Everly Brothers meets Neil Young and Merle Haggard and The Clash.” The ten songs on the new record reflect all these influences with a particular emphasis on Sons of Fathers’ deep Texas roots. The band’s self-titled debut garnered national praise, with eMusic naming them one of 12 new acts to watch.

Today Relix.com premieres Burning Days, which streams below in its entirety.
