Phoenix Confirm Brooklyn Arena Date

Phoenix will headline Brooklyn, NY’s Barclays Center on October, 2, 2013. It will be the group’s first show at the new performance space, which has made a name for itself in part by hosting arena-size indie shows in recent months. The Vaccines will open the night.
The group announced the big gig after selling out a May 13 appearance at the far more intimate New York venue The Apollo.
Phoenix will also perform on Saturday Night Live this weekend. The group’s last proper NYC show was a headlining appearance at Madison Square Garden during CMJ. Daft Punk sat in with the group during the night.
