‘Charlie Loves Our Band, The Story of From Good Homes’ to Premiere on Relix Cinema

The documentary Charlie Loves Our Band, The Story of From Good Homes, which tells the tale of RCA recording artists and Sparta, N.J., ensemble From Good Homes and their exemplary canon of music and experience, will premiere via Relix Cinema from Aug. 18 through Sept. 1.

Charlie Loves Our Band, The Story of From Good Homes paints a picture of three childhood friends, Patrick Fitzsimmons (drums, vocals), Brady Rymer (bass, vocals) and Todd Sheaffer (guitar, vocals, harmonica), who created a style of music heavily influenced by the rock-and-roll of the ‘60s and ‘70s, injected with the youthful energy of their own defining decade: the ‘80s.

The story told throughout the movie is presented by filmmaker, friend, and the troupe’s former tour manager Vic Guadagno who meticulously trimmed and stitched approximately 300 hours of tape comprised of recent concert footage, interviews with band members, friends of the group and industry professionals to create a personal and honest look of one of New Jersey’s favorite bands of the ‘90s.

Interested parties can access the documentary and rent the one-hour and twenty-minute long production by visiting Relix.com/Cinema
