Ari Fink to Curate New Venue, Shares Initial Schedule for Launch Loft Parties

Ari Fink, known for his former involvement with Sirius XM’s Phish Radio and Jam On, has announced his latest venture, curating the new Mount Kisco, N.Y. venue. Ahead of the location’s formal debut in late 2025, Loft Parties are slated for March 7 and 8.
Considered a next-generation social club, it comes from Soulfuel Hospitality Group, the folks behind Goodhouse in Westchester. The aforementioned Loft Parties are an immersive pop-up experience that aims to transform the location into “an underground music and dining destination, setting the tone for what’s to come.”
The initial Pre•lude Launch Parties will feature music from Flavor Drop, an ensemble of hand-picked artists from nationally touring bands and Superfly Street Food, who will offer their take on fried chicken. Flavor Drop features guitarist Matt Jalbert (Tauk), keyboardist AC Carter (Tauk), bassist Luke Bemand (lespecial), and backbeat Dan Fernandez.
According to the press release, folks can anticipate, “a deep, groove-heavy instrumental hip-hop sound, infused with psychedelic improvisation. Also, Superfly Street Food’s involvement represents its debut, making the occasion one of many firsts.
“This isn’t a suburban jazz club or a mainstream venue—it’s a cultural experience,” said Soulfuel Hospitality Group Co-Founder Michael Voron. “Pre•lude is about bringing world-class musicians to an unexpected space, setting the tone for what’s to come at Goodhouse—think live music, incredible food, and an atmosphere that stays with you.”
Following the initial bill, Pre•lude has shared its itinerary of forthcoming musical acts, which can be viewed below.
