Following two missed performances earlier this year, RatDog bassist Robin Sylvester will return to the stage this Friday as part of Ghosts of Electricity. The show, set to take place at the Hop Monk Tavern in Sebastopol, CA, will also feature fellow RatDog member Mark Karan along with Stu Allen (JGB), Greg Anton (Zero), Pat Nevins (Ragged Glory), and Mookie Siegel (David Nelson Band).

Sylvester has suffered ongoing health problems since 2010 when he missed RatDog’s shows in Jamaica that year due to health concerns. In February, it was reported that Robin is currently awaiting a kidney transplant. Donations to help defray Robin’s medical costs can be made to The Sweet Relief Musician’s Fund.
