Firefly Music Festival Takes a Year Off, Promises 2024 Return

The beloved music festival, Firefly, has announced that it will not come back in 2023. The folks behind the annual event shared the news via social media, where they were also quick to share their intent of a 2024 return.
On their official social platforms, the individuals backing the Dover, Del. occurrence opened with, “We’ll be cherishing these moments until we reunite.” Then, after alluding to the news, they confirmed: “After 10 magical years of Firefly in The Woodlands, we’ve decided to take a year to recharge our lights. We will see you in 2024!”
Firefly began in 2012 and occurred annually in June until the COVID-19 pandemic brought the live music scene to a grinding halt. After a cancelation in 2020, Firefly returned in 2021 and 2022 after shifting their dates to September.
