In light of the news that the final day of Governors Ball Music Festival is cancelled due to severe weather and lightning, a few of the artists have scheduled last minute shows in New York City tonight.
Among them, the Rage Against the Machine/Public Enemy/Cypress Hill supergroup Prophets of Rage, who will play Warsaw in Brooklyn tonight. Tickets go on sale at 5 PM at the venue, one ticket per person, first come first served. Those with a Gov Ball wristband will receive a $10 discount and all proceeds go to Why Hunger.
Courtney Barnett will also stake claim to Rough Trade in Brooklyn for a free show beginning at 9 PM.
