Newport Folk Festival’s 2019 lineup continues to come into focus, as the iconic gathering keeps rolling out more additions to this year’s bill, including today’s inclusion of guitarist and Gov’t Mule frontman Warren Haynes.

Haynes will be playing a solo set at Newport Folk on Friday, July 26. Other additions to the lineup earlier this month include Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Lucy Dacus, Benmont Tench, The Milk Carton Kids, Phosphorescent, Adia Victoria and Our Native Daughters (featuring Rhiannon Giddens, Allison Russell of Birds of Chicago, Leyla McCalla and Amythyst Kiah).

Newport Folk Festival 2019 will also include performances from previously announced artists like Trey Anastasio, Phil Lesh & The Terrapin Family Band, Jeff Tweedy, Sheryl Crow, Kacey Musgraves, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Lake Street Dive, Dawes & Friends, I’m With Her, Rayland Baxter, Todd Snider and more.
