The Levitate Music and Arts Festival has tapped a slew of jam scene regulars to head up the 2019 iteration of the Massachusetts event.

Scheduled for July 12-14, Levitate 2019 will feature Tedeschi Trucks Band, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, Stick Figure, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Sublime with Rome, Michael Franti and Spearhead, SOJA, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, The Wood Brothers, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong and more.

This event is especially close to the hearts of TTB, since lead singer Susan Tedeschi is a Massachusetts native.

2019 also marks the first time Levitate has expanded to three days of music; according to a press release, Friday, July 12 will feature a “half day of music on the main stage” with gates opening in the late afternoon.

“Many factors have led to the decision to expand to three days,” Levitate co-founder Jess Hassett said via press release. “Particularly the ability to feature more local artists, musicians, and vendors, and to continue to grow Levitate into a world class multi-day, multi-genre event.”
