On Sunday, Nov. 13, New Orleans’ Tank and The Bangas brought their soul-meets-jazz-meets-hip-hop stylings to the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City. The performance marked the close of the first of two weekends at the iconic room, and for the two shows–8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.– they were joined by Grammy-winning trumpeter Keyon Harrold.

Tank and The Bangas kicked the weekend off the first weekend with Nora Jones and will be joined by Big Freedia, Kat Edmonson & Brandee Younger and Isaiah Sharkey starting on Friday, Nov. 18, for their six shows over the second weekend.
