On Monday, September 23, Neil Young and his new band, The Chrome Hearts, turned up at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y. During night one of a two-part stand at the historic Empire State venue, the ensemble worked through 14 songs that ranged from gentle and famed acoustics to high-flying electric cuts–akin to the lead’s work with Crazy Horse.
