On Sunday, the Wheels of Soul Tour made its way to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA (the state where four members of the Tedeschi Trucks Band grew up and/or attended college:  Susan Tedeschi, Mike Mattison, Tim Lefebvre  and Alecia Chakour). The TTB, Drive-By Truckers and Marcus King Band all delivered rousing sets, which culminated in a concluding take on Sly & The Family Stone’s “Sing a Simple Song” and “I Want to Take You Higher” during which King and his bandmates joined in as well.
