Warren Haynes’ Symphonic “Dreams & Songs” in Asheville (A Gallery)

This past weekend, guitarist Warren Haynes hosted a special two-night run at the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in his hometown of Asheville, NC, that featured the Asheville Symphony, plus bassist Oteil Burbridge, keyboardist John Medeski and drummer Jeff Sipe. The collective ran through cuts from Haynes’ solo catalog, along with his work with Gov’t Mule songs from the Allman Brothers Band and the Grateful Dead.
