On November 19, Rhino will release Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival 2013. This year’s event moved inside for the first time, taking place at Madison Square Garden on April 12 and 13. Crossroads Guitar Festival 2013 will be available on CD, DVD and Blu-Ray, featuring performances by Clapton and numerous guests including: the Allman Brothers Band, Jeff Beck, Keith Richards, John Mayer, Warren Haynes, Gregg Allman, Gary Clark Jr., Derek Trucks, Blake Mills, Booker T, Buddy Guy, Doyle Bramhall II, Keith Urban, Los Lobos, Robert Cray, Sonny Landreth and Vince Gill. Today we premiere the Allman Brothers Band’s performance of “Whipping Post” from the forthcoming release, which is currently available for pre-order.
