Last month The Fall Risk performed live on KPFA’s radio show, Dead To The World, hosted by David Gans. The Fall Risk is the brainchild of Furthur vocalist and Box Set front man, Jeff Pehrson.Their sound is infectious Americana folk-rock with enough groove to get you up and moving. The seven member band is loaded with talented players who consistently elevate Pehrson’s journeyman songwriting. The roster consists of: Jeff Pehrson (guitar, vocals), Matt Twain (keys, vocals), Mark Abbott (drums), Sammy Johnston (organ, accordion, pedal steel), Mike Sugar (bass), Rich Goldstein (guitars, slide guitar), Phil Savell (guitars)
