The Disco Biscuits and Soule Monde at The Capitol Theatre (A Gallery)

On Thursday evening, The Disco Biscuits opened up their three-night run at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY, while Soule Monde (Russ Lawton and Ray Paczkowski) offered an opening set at The Cap’s Garcia’s bar space.
