Connecticut-based outfit Goose are one of the up-and-coming acts in the indie-jam scene, and today we’re sharing the group’s newest single, “Time to Flee,” a breezy, swirling track that, according to the band, is “about setting your soul free, especially when a leap of faith seems the most daunting.”

“The writing process began with a guitar warm-up technique I learned in college,” Goose’s Peter Anspach tells Relix. “At the time, I was looking back on a breakup and was constantly emotionally up and down, which I thought mirrored the riff well and also led me to the elevator motif.”
