So This is Probably Phish’s Stage Setup for this Tour

If you’re like me (chances are you’re not) and spending your day trying to avoid all-things Cleveland Cavaliers, Phish tour is a good enough distraction to prevent you from gouging out the eyes of anyone celebrating a shirtless J.R. Smith. 

The below videos are making the rounds on social media today and they seem to be footage of Phish rehearsing on stage in St. Paul as they ready to kick off their summer tour tonight. Nimrod3277’s YouTube channel has a couple of snippets but here are two of the more important ones, the first of which details Phish’s potential stage setup for their arena shows this year. The logistics of this type of setup in an amphitheater remain to be seen, but their arena show seems to incorporate new screens and a more “in the round” setting for Chris Kuroda to play with.

The second is a brief clip of what appears to be a new song, as you’ll surely see some new numbers pop up along the way. Watch below.
