Pigeons Playing Ping Pong’s Domefest (A Gallery)

This past weekend in Bedford, PA, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong hosted another year of their own Domefest, which featured five sets from the group over three days. Despite the muddy conditions, the event was the biggest Domefest to date and featured a number of older originals from the band, along with an over-60-minute, improv-heavy, one-song set on Friday night. Also playing at the fest were groups like Flux Capacitor and Broccoli Samurai, plus PPPP frontman Greg Ormont, who offered an all-instrumental solo “Scrambled Greg” set.
