Phil Lesh, Joe Russo and Eric Krasno Jam in Central Park (A Gallery)

Phil Lesh, Eric Krasno and Joe Russo performed an impromptu set on Saturday morning in Central Park as a part of the Jazz & Colors Festival. As droves of fans wandered up to discover the trio performing in the park, the crowd grew rapidly as Lesh, Krasno and Russo moved through extended jazz improv pieces as well as an instrumental performance of The Beatles’ “Get Back.” Check out photos from Scott Harris as well as a full video of the performance.
