Pearl Jam Congratulate Seattle Seahawks, Trigger Mass Twitter Confusion
On Sunday in the NFL, the Seattle Seahawks mercilessly ran a chainsaw through the Minnesota Vikings, throwing a wrench in their playoff hopes, at least momentarily. Seattle’s 38-7 win wasn’t even that close, as the ‘Hawks traveled to Minnesota, trashed the place like rockstars and watched it all burn to the ground with a smile on their face.
The win marked Seattle’s third in a row and another step in a very evident return to form as the team looks to make it back to the postseason. The team’s performance was so impressive, in fact, that it caught the eye of Pearl Jam, who tweeted in support of the Seahawks following the game. The tweet was simple: Hawks. The aftermath was very confusing. Let’s take a closer look.
Hawks.
