Looks like Trey Anastasio is tuning up for Phish’s New Year’s Eve run at Madison Square Garden, which kicks off two weeks from today, with a visit to Custom Audio Electronics to get some work done on his guitar rig. 

The good people at Trey’s Guitar Rig will give it to you in greater detail, but this appears to be a total overhaul of Anastasio’s rig that he’ll unveil on opening night at Madison Square Garden. Still exists the Mu-Tron, Tube Screamer and even the “Trey ’94” switch. Tone Tailors’ John LeClair posed with Anastasio as he checked out the finished product.
