Jazz & Colors To Debut Tomorrow in Central Park
New York’s Central Park will host the first annual Jazz & Colors festival tomorrow. Timed with the peak of the fall foliage, the entirely free event will take place from Noon-4 PM at various locations throughout the park. The thirty hand-selected will share a communal setlist stacked with jazz standards, which will allow fans to drift through the park and create their own concert experience. Relix publisher Peter Shapiro organized the event with the help of area promoter Brice Rosenbloom, who produces the Winter Jazzfest each year.
In order to help fans choose their path, Jazz & Colors has posted a map of the festival’s happenings online with a copy below. Jazz & Colors staff members, including members of the Relix and Jambands.com team, will also help hand out maps at the park.
