English Beat in Ohio (A Gallery)

Southern-California-based ska outfit English Beat brought their tour through the Midwest earlier this month and pulled double duty in Ohio, first appearing for an interview and performance at The Summit radio station in Akron before heading to the Kent Stage in Kent that night. Both sets included classic material like “Mirror in the Bathroom” and “Save It for Later,” as well as a couple numbers from Here We Go Love, the band’s first album in over 30 years. John Patrick Gatta shared some photos from the two appearances.
