Jason Isbell is way out west today at Way Out West in Sweden playing alongside noted vegan Morrissey, who is notorious for his hard stance on a meatless environment (What else do you expect from the man who wrote Meat is Murder?). So notorious, in fact, that he has demanded festivals, venues and entire countries swap out their menu for an all-vegetarian offerings. 

Which brings us to Jason Isbell, a carnivore from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Before his set, Isbell likes a hearty meal that on this fateful day, included bacon.

Thankfully, this story has a happy ending for all the meat lovers out there. Isbell managed to snag a pack of bacon that fueled him through his rock show. May God Bless bacon forever.
