Arcade Fire’s Win Butler sat with Zane Lowe for a wide-ranging interview focusing on the state of the band as well as their new album Everything Now and just about everything in between.
Butler expands on the many influences of the band compared to the box that some people put them in. “We’re not from Brooklyn,” Butler jokes. He expands on the vast influences of Montreal as well as the group’s current home base, New Orleans, and how all of those environments put their imprint on the band’s fifth album.
